I waited in our car for two hours with my sick son to get seen by a local clinic?!?

An older car we have got checked back in to the same nationwide auto repair shop after ONE day since I got the car back. It was exhibiting the exact same problem for what we asked them to take a look at. We waited three weeks for them to get it ‘fixed’ the first time.

What is happening?
